Report a translation problem
But to let you know how to make it incase you wanna give it a shot.
u go into Downscaled Ships files for example _arthropoid_01_ships_entities.asset
and go to the shipsize with scale area
"scale = 0.35 #1.0
game_data = {
size = @corvette_scale
emissive_recolor_crunch = 2.0
}"
then you open the same file from this mod and add in that scale = 0.35 part for each and every ship for each and every race.
Idk if you can just change the size = @ part but I'll have to check on that later. I dont work tommorow so I'll see about doing all that "fun" then... Also I just relized that this needs update for Lithiods v.v
But setting the ships back onto autodesign the game was able to equip the component to all ships and then turing that off I was allowed to work on it again. I know thats no idea and I'll give it another look over later but its all I got for now.
Like I said I checked the files and I didnt see anything laid out in a way that should cause an issue but this is Stellaris after all v.v
Fixed it and Psi-ified the ships

Everything also seems fixed on my end. Interesting that you didn't crash when the shipsets weren't visible on your end, since I crashed every single time.
Regardless, thanks again for your rapid and diligent response. I wish there were more modders on here that took care of there mods quickly like you, haha.

Neither this nor NSC should be causing black cubes in ship culture selector.

I have no event or anything in here that should cause ships to not spawn and worse yet the starbase to not spawn and then prevent it from spawning even through the rebuilt event until you research a certain technology...
For your issue it shows up the same on 2.2.6 which makes no sense as it wasnt before. But on the up side it only effects the ship culture selection. Ships in game appear to be uneffected. It makes no sense but silver linings.
Another issue is that with this my starts give me no ships and starts me out w/o my outpost at my home system and it constantly said it was rebuilt when it wasnt until I used Research all technologies command.
And a final issue is that the variations of ion cannons are unlocked at start with this for some reason.
Upon loading up the game and going to make a new empire, I noticed all the ship sets are blacked-out and in the shape of those "error box" models. Literally all the ships were like this, both vanilla and modded.
Upon trying to start a new or old game, I promptly crash. After figuring out which mod was causing the issue (I didn't guess this mod would be the problem again, haha) and disabling it, all my saves and ship-types are fine.
I have no idea what could be causing this, but if you could fix it whenever, that'd be much appreciated.

Yeah I wouldnt expect anyone who makes a patch for something to keep up with the mod it needs unless its a mod they themselfs make lol.
Thank you for keeping an eye out. After all I rely on the suffering of others to find bugs for me to fix them
And I don't blame you for not keeping up with the patches. I don't have the patience to mess about with code, let alone creating a mod then making sure its kept up to date for X amount of time.
If I see anymore bugs with this mod, I will make sure to post it in the comment section.

Sorry about that, I dont keep up with the changes for these patches.
On the upside now the various ship sizes also all have the ai behavior required component that I wasnt aware was now a thing in nsc
Apparently this mod, for whatever reason, makes it so that you cannot select the second Titan ship section ever. I cannot select it manually, and auto-complete doesn't even try. I don't know if you knew this before hand, or it was reported before in a place I haven't looked at, but if you could fix this, I would be really grateful.
