Keep in mind some settlements will be bugged. A minor port settlement when given walls can become a non-port walled settlement and thus attacking with ships crashes the game

You build up your minors and walls for them become unlocked.

could u make like , more detail thing to be added in like there are few types of campaign , instead of using the grand campaign assets of walled settlement , could u use walled settlement from other campaign type , there are a lot unused settlement for the grand campaign to use , but if u could too make it not random because few of them is kinda have rivers etc thats sometimes didnt fit the feels , thx XD

You have to build up your settlements to get walls, all settlements can have walls.
