I have uploaded a new version.
[ v2.0.4 ] 2020/02/21
(x) Changed: Mod adapted to the Enderal version 1.5.8.0 (Forgotten stories).
(-) Bugfix : "Waiting with life regeneration" now heals the player.
(-) Bugfix : Fixed several dirty edits.
I do not remember the MCM menu message but every time i tried to rest it would not allow me and block the use of beds. I did try to set the mod first or second or last in order it would not change...
It was before and later again after the Nehrimese attack of Ark, before the final trigger to the ending message i tried this mod while doing remaining sidequests i wanted done.
Tried the workshop install and the nexus manual install, none enabled the mod to work and only bug regular beds in my Marketplace's home, the dancing nomad and another tavern somewhere despite me uninstalling, thing is there was no "script" folder to delete iirc.
Thanks for your mod for those having it working as intended but to me and the major part of users in comments it broke beds and uninstalling didn't fix this, only a save "before"... so fair warning.
I need more infos:
What say the MCM Menu of "Enable Waid no Heal"? It say active or is a running quest listed?
In the MCM menu you can see the current status of the mod:
ACTIVE or disabled by certain quests (quest names are displayed).
If displayed inactive, it may also apply to beds (for certain quest sections)

If is "active", then try this:
Meditiate, go into Skill-Area und go back to world. This shout help, maybe.
It's savegame compatible.
Anyway, you should make a manual savegame before you subscribe this mod.
So if you have any problems, you still have your last game progressing before installing the mod.
Here is the new version 2.0.3
One more note:
With the mods that build player houses in another cell, there could be problems.
If you're using a mod like this and you can not sleep in your own bed (Quest blocks waiting),
let me know:
plus a Link to this mod and I will try to create a compatible version.
@ Xenophobe:
I hope this version fix your Problem.
Will be fixed in the next version.
So, I tested that.
Unfortunately I can not reproduce the bug, Mapmarker is in the right place for me.
See the screenshot:

It definitely has to be another Mod's fault.
Best Regards
I think I fixed that.
But i'll take a look.
Maybe it's fast travel enabler?
U can try disable this for testung?
Hope, this fix all issues.
Best Regards
still appreciate the mod thou
- removed the mode and made couple of clean saves. No luck
- downloaded the mode from nexus and installed it manually
- move the mode file above the Enderal - Forgotten Stories.esm. In that case the "initialized" message stopped appearing at all.
- even reinstalled the game (before that I've deleted all leftover content from the steam common folder. Still the sleep function does not work using new save which quite awkward.
Apart from that - I really appreciate the author's efforts, I don't understand why the wait function was disabled in the game in the first place .
I deactivated it in data files, removed it from the launchers workshop tool and then downloaded the 2.0.1. from the nexus (link in this mods description) and moved those files too the games data folder.
I launched game with the esp deactivated to make clean save, closed game and enabled it in launcher. started game and it started responding 20 seconds in. now i can use the wait function and also use beds once again.
After the message "INITIALIZED" (This message came too soon!) it can take up to 1 min. until the wait function or MCM menu appears. (Is probably a bug I'll check, sorry for this and i'll fix this)
@LMarchesan
After you deinstalled this mod:
Remove the following files in the DATA folder:
JCDEnderalEnableWaitNoHeal.esp
JCDEnderalEnableWaitNoHeal.bsa
And in the folder "seq" remove the JCDEnderalEnableWaitNoHeal.seq file.
If present, remove the _00E_BedScript.pex file from the scripts folder
If present, remove the _00E_BedScript.psc file from the scripts\source folder
An now you try to make a clean save:
1. Make a manual save.
2. Load this save (Ignore the missing messagebox)
3. and make a second manual save again.
Than load the second save + you can sleep again hopefully.
(If not running story quests, which disable the sleeep function)
Best regards
You cant't (can not)?
What do you see in the MCM menu? How is the status?
I forgot this to say:
In the MCM menu you can see the current status of the mod:
ACTIVE or disabled by certain quests (quest names are displayed).
If displayed inactive, it may also apply to beds (for certain quest sections)
If you have previously installed the old version (<= 1.0.6), then
you must still remove the following scripts:
in DATA\scripts folder:
_00E_BedScript.pex
and in DATA\scripts\source folder:
_00E_BedScript.psc
Best Regards
@bruthablunt ... on Nexus mods site the description says "In the MCM menu you can see the current status of the mod: ACTIVE or disabled by certain quests (quest names are displayed)." maybe you're in an area/quest that wait is disabled in?
