@Mr Santos - I would love to step in and assist with that :) seeing as i have been running my own version of the hauling bot {LINK REMOVED} for a while now :)
I can post it as a new mod if thats ok - if not we can discuss (my channel {LINK REMOVED} )

probably not anytime soon, it relies on updating C# coding for Base Robots and I have no experience in it.

if it's really an issue then you can change the settings in the xml. it should be noted on what does what.

Yes, I thought it might be a difficult thing to implement. What you suggested about activating and recalling them by hand is what I've been doing, but I keep either forgetting to put them to bed or forgetting to wake them up.

i wouldn't know how to do that but you can manually tell them to charge and stay docked then activate them when your pawns wake up.

just click on recharge all.

best thing to do is put your bots into groups. For Example: food hauling bots. Rename them all in the robots tab, set their area to only go from the storage to the farms then use select every robot base and use activate in the morning and recharge at night.

Feature idea: It would be useful to be able to schedule when the robot charges. Mine keeps hanging around idling at night while the pawns sleep, then charging during the day when I want it to be hauling products from the workshops.

@Daniel_USA - ran into the save breaking issue you mentioned -- had to unload the mods and reload then then saw your comment.

Now I don't see the job to create the bots in the machining table - did it move?

IF YOUR SAVE FILE BROKE YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD BASE ROBOTS EXPANSION AND LOAD THAT DIRECTLY AFTER BASE ROBOTS

I have no clue. It could be because it adds a new bar at the bottom. I don't play multiplayer and I don't know how to mod beyond changing a couple of things here and there.

Look up online what to avoid when playing RimWorld multiplayer. Then edit your Base Robot file to fix it.

it seems like the robots dont work in multi-player mode. it desyncs everytime it's activated, any way to avoid that?

I will try to make more robots since 1.0 seems to be a definitive version. My issue is that for the past 3 days I have been trying to make the current robots more robust than the initial release robots. This will include code for new robots to have custom power consumption code and if possible the ability to increase the health points of individual robot parts.

If anyone volunteers to help then maybe in the future figure out a way to repair or from what I can see do "surgery" to fix them. Although this will be the very last thing I attempt after uploading new robots.

If you got the skills to make them the original Base Robots b18 should have a link to a github that explains how to make your own.

Do you plan on making a cooking bot? Because I really need one of those, but I don't want to get the rest of the robots that comes with Robots ++
