Beautiful map that was fun to explore. Following for sure, and looking forward to more exciting adventures:)

I had to use the walkthrough, but this one was I nice map calmer compared to the rush that was part 4.

I figured out which test chamber was used: it was this one: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=68684105

Confession: I had to watch a YouTube walkthrough to see how to get into the Implosion Annex. That was a cool solution, but I have a problem with maps with features that have no bearing on the solution. Example, what's the point of the roomful of turrets? I took a long time to eliminate them all, but there was no reason to. The hiding spot? No point. The floor buttons and color-flashing areas? Spent a lot of time trying to work that out before I realized it was unnecessary. Good design and excellent atmosphere, but lots of wasted time on this map with no payoff.

the level design is awful, frankly. in every one of these chambers ive had to turn on noclip, find the exit, and then work my way back to where i am to know where i'm supposed to go.

these levels are nice but they are way too confusing and its not at all apparent where youre supposed to go
Unowninator 27 May, 2020 @ 7:46pm
Say, is the test chamber taken from another level?

And now it's a horror game? Maybe it's not intentional but just having to walk around these quiet abandoned areas made me lose my sences at every sound.

Nice looking and all, need improvement gameplay-wise. The goal of each level is often unclear, and maps loop around to the beginning a lot (Which is a great way to confuse your player).
When you are back, I hope to see your creativity with improved level design!

I find it hilarious that some choose to comment with a passive/aggressive compliment. "Your map is great but..." This set of maps are extraordinarily brilliant. I'm looking forward to more in the new year. Thanks for your time and effort.

Love the 'No Portalgun' easter egg ;) :D

Took me a long time to figure out the fire alarm.

LOL I loved it. the end room made me smile. well done.

Pretty fun map... but entirely too dim to play in anything other than a dark room.. I actually had to put a black cloth over my head and display to find things.. placement of the beam that holds the lights messed with me too.. stops you from getting high enough to land on the ledge..

Wow. I've not played the others in the series (which I now intend to rectify) but I thoroughly enjoyed this one, creepy and atmospheric in places, puzzling in others. At least once, I saw what was needed to progress, then forgot about if after roaming around to explore. Only minor niggle - in the "classroom," before I figured out how to progress, I tried quick-grabbing turrets to get past them. The ones that wound up behind the bridge could not be picked up, an inconsistency that I found a bit annoying and broke immersion a tiny bit. Otherwise, I loved it - exploration maps are right up my alley. Thanks for creating, insta-following. Now, to watch the vid and see if I can find the secret room...

Wow that was elaborate. Every time I thought I was there I would here a voice in my head. A turret saying 'Thank you Chell but our Wheatley is in another lair.' :steamhappy:

Great design, but what you need to do is not intuitive and frustated me for a moment. 6/10

Loo was here.
Jaso55555 27 Mar, 2019 @ 12:06pm
Looking forward to the next one! Some parts of the test aren't obvious what to do so thanks for the walkthrough!
star_krafter 27 Mar, 2019 @ 5:41am
nice easter egg
kwinten 26 Mar, 2019 @ 12:35pm
i find this map weird, more like a walkaround, but the design is good!
quatrus 26 Mar, 2019 @ 11:03am
A lot of work to make this map. Thanks for the walkthrough, I needed it to find the explosion from the laser, after that all good. Thanks for the hint arrows. Thanks for creating.
EndOfPortal 26 Mar, 2019 @ 7:54am
I would have liked real challenges in this map, rather than walk from office to office. But the design is impressive and neat.
Withered Foxy 26 Mar, 2019 @ 7:45am
will there be also a boss fight cuz you will also get wheatley added as boss when you can do those monitors that sadly not in the map editor

I thought that abandoned test looked familiar...
Nobody No-One 25 Mar, 2019 @ 8:56pm
Yeah, I agree, great reference to Without Portalgun. Very creepy map. I found the secret room. Thumbs up.
[wp]Blu_X_RE 25 Mar, 2019 @ 6:28pm
Nice reference from your old maps about Without PortalGun, nice recall from years ago.
GrottoLova 25 Mar, 2019 @ 4:26pm
So much detail, It's really incredible you have time to pop these out so fast.
Demon Arisen 25 Mar, 2019 @ 2:31pm
A little tedious having another cramped office section straight after the big one in Part 4, but the rest of the map was great! Very creepy and atmospheric. Thumbs up!
