There is one perfectly non evil use: stockpiling trash in one room and setting it on fire with molotovs is more efficient and less tedious than queueing burning bills at the furnace. And a tile that automatically sets fire to everything at a flick of a switch is even more efficient than drafting a pawn, equipping it with molotovs, and send hum/her to set stuff on fire. Well, non evil depending on your definition of trash.
