I think the mod needs an update for the DeI mod..!
As @Ghostx said, the new buildings that DeI adds, look really off!
Thanks!
The is an older version, just called "HD Cities", which looks different, not as good I think,
The other ones called "Barbarians" etc, is just that type of cities, and then the rest are not changed.
Also a lot of the textures are shared, so it is possible that if I change the textures for houses that temples or something else also will be affected..
I have a comment about Roman buildings. I noticed that most of the masses which I assume are supposed to represent houses and insulae appear to have stone walls. The Romans were known for their wall constructions of bare brick, brick faced with stucco, and concrete.
Just wondering if a more muted stucco stucco texture would be more appropriate.

Here is 3dx max playing an animation that my program has extracted from Rome2:

I have finally gotten animations OUT of Total War games, so people can edit them and put them back in the game My program RigidModel Editor 1.0, that can do those things will be released as soon as correct the last few bugs. It can do lots of thingd, including drawing the models with textures, lighting normal mapping, so they look like in-game.

You have to switch the vanilla Campaign Cam mod off, when you use this, because the vanille one can change the behaviour of DeI in a bad way. That is why is made a special mode for DeI.
Please try it :)
Updated camera mods, adjusted battle camera and fixed campaign camera
The campaign camera mod has been updated so it works without any issues for the following campaigns:
- Grand Campaign
- Imperator Augustus
- Cæsar in Gaul
- Empire Divided
- Rise of The Republic

The battle mod camera mod has adjusted so the the movement and rotation speed fits better with the longer ranger, and min/max height is also slightly adjusted.

Interesting
I'd have to change certain areas of the atlas (map of textures) to red and blue respectively, but the exact same areas are used for things like the amphitheaters, wells and much else, and then the columns were red and blue and looked really well, but the blue and red color also appeared where they should not be, because the column textures are used for a lot of other things. Aside from the columns a lot in city looked really buggy.
I can try and look at again, but as the original texture was only 64 pixels wide, I don't think there is a way to separate "column textures space "from "public building texture space", I am quite sure it is the same area.
Can you show screenshot
After seeing the Roman Cities in AC Origins and the Greek cities - would it be possible to colour the Temples in blue and red? Ancient Cities were more colorful than we give them credit for - I would certainly love to see Rome get a lot of red and gold colours in this.
Please try this shield mod for agustus/cæsar legion, it makes the battle much more beautiful:

and barbarian?
