i think it uses different upgrade system
Still, the female generals does not have the starting personality trait as the males do.
I am not using any mods other than 12 months a year.
My guess it that TTT is overwriting this mod or any overhaul, but I found that loading TTT first (if you have it), then this mod immediately after usually fixes the skill problem. Hope this helps
I will take a look at this over the coming days & see if I can get this updated.
I really want to have female generals with the Greeks, Romans and the others who normally don't have them :(
So I've just tested this & I am able to upgrade female generals abilities when they level up - the Family Duty trait is present but it doesn't disable anything for female generals. For me at least.
prevents them from upgrading skill trees. Please fix it
The trait exists still, & it does state that the character cannot become a general, but while the text states that, the character CAN become a general & can also gain skills. It works on my end.
It was a bit like fixing one thing only to break another!
