Two things, Tourists wont leave until 5 full sols pass, so look for the 6 sols and beyond number.
Then they have to be within the recall radius of the rock.
There is a breaksdown of tourists per dome and you can right click the tourist section to see the radius of the rocket. One or both of these was not true to get an empty rocket.
When a rocket is NOT an Automated Tourism rocket, and it has stuck or sneaky colonists on the rocket, you can right click the AT Button and they get ejected from the rocket. Works on Supply Rockets only. See tool tip on button.
You can and should set filters on any underground domes to prevent tourists from wandering there. I'll need to test and see if I can make something where the landing zone is near the elevator, if I can recall tourists.
I'll add the request for tourists and apartment to the list.

Can you also add a dynamic slider that would regulate the number of tourists right during the game? It would be epic!)

No more sending colonists to nuke the poles for water.
It also has an ejection mechanism, meaning, if you have a colonist thats on a rocket and you decide you want to send that rocket to trade or on an expedition, the colonists will disembark first before takeoff.

I actually have it disabled cause it's preventing the game from salvaging supply pods. I am positive cause I disabled it, following some other player experience I found on forums, and I could start salvaging supply pods again. Then few days ago there was this Official FIX available on steam so I downloaded and updated the game and ENABLED Automated Tourism again, hoping the steam fix had solved the issue but: NO.
I could not salvage supply pods. Again. So I disabled A.T. again and, sadly, got complete confirmation it is some how breaking the supply pod salvage. Thought you might like to know.
