They are all coming, the rest are overly complex and will take a little more time.

Open each one in the mod editor and click save. That will store a copy locally and for the current version of your game. Then unsubscribe from the steam version.
BTW this will not work for all mods or even all my mods. But these three you asked for have zero code changes from the previous versions. It was just a version number bump I needed to do.
Any mod with altered code for Picard will not function on Tito or earlier.
If you want any other mod, let me know. Maybe I can use Github for older version distro.
The mod editor didn't want to change the LUA revision number when saving. I did it with a text editor directly in metadata.lua and now it seems good, thanks.

I keep looking forward for your Picard updates. Stay strong in your hard work! ;)

Rocket Stock now fixes the devs code that requires 5 items at a time when loading up resources. You can load up in batches of 1.
So the whole exotic minerals left behind on asteroids issue goes away. Take them all.

Pardon my noobness, but is it necessary for me to start a new colony post-update? I keep getting the message that 3 of your mods are missing or incompatible when I try to open my old colony. It's my first attempt at terraforming and I'm almost done, so I'd really like to keep playing it. The mods in question are Better Safari, Fix Emigration Issues, and Fix Forever Maintenance.

I've confirmed that those mods are enabled. Oddly enough, the now-obsolete Reorder Research, which I've disabled, is not included in the list of missing/incompatible mods.

Thanks to anyone who can help me out!

@A.Mcbob,

If you can successfully launch your saved game, then I wouldn't really worry about the "Missing Mod Warning" unless it's a Mod you really value.

I've dumped a few Mods that really weren't essential enough to corrupt the game, or crash it. In the end though, I've started a new game, as 90% of my Mod Collection are updated, plus a few new ones that recently came out.

Thanks for the reply! Am I to infer that I will not be able to use those mods with my old game?

But those 3 are, I thought? Bette Safari for sure, SkiRich says as much in a recent comment

Will do! Many thanks, from one Bob to another!

Hmm. Unsubbing and re-subbing doesn't seem to have helped. And the mods are indeed enabled. Could it be that the game registers the old versions are missing, without mentioning that the new ones are working fine?

Try loading that save, then save it again, then reload it again, and see if the issue is resolved.

That seems to have done it! Thanks once more XD

Still not done. This one mod I am now is taking a bit of time. 2 days so far to recode it for Picard.
I left all the hard ones for the end. Each one will take more time than I originally thought. Oh well. At least its just one and done until the next major uplift of the game.

Finally finished re-writing Toggle Work Zone. Took 2 days. Out of all my mods this was one I always cringed at when opening to edit the code. It was so Frankenstein with all the changes that took place since 2018 to the hex grid system.
After discovering I could not add the new Drone Hub Extender without additional frankenstein code, I decide to scrap the whole mod and start fresh using as many built in game source code features as possible instead of manually painting everything.
That changed the mod from manual controls to logic controls.
The hardest part was making sure and tracking all the built in systems that literally engage when you touch something.
I finally do not cringe when looking at the code.
And I was able to add more features.
Enjoy and report any bugs or weird things.
