I ended up toning down army damage fast as it was too powerful.
Pox tooltip also updated.
Naviagte to here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\281990\1755861816\common\bombardment_stances
(or similar)
edit the values how you wish.
I personally put pox's army damage to 4.0 and kill pop chance to 4.5.
This makes it better for killing pops than armageddon.

Vanilla Define limits base damage and interval of pop-death-chance check in level of nonsense.
Adjusting these define value can make bombardment extremely deadly without adjusting stance.
This mod is perfect, and a patch would be even better for the genocidal.
It is not compatible anymore because Paradox changed some code, they did that for many things for whatever reasons.
