Same with the Templars, they show up in the campaign but their bodies use the male ones as a basis.
So the UAC Guards are male for that reason, this isn't to say this is a reason why not to make a model for this mod but the point is that in the original game there are no female UAC guards period, their armor models confirm this.
Come on dude look at concept art, or even the models in closer detail.
By the way, the armour mesh does not need to be altered to make a female version. You could just port the male version. In fact, I did just that as a test, and it looks fine. The only thing wrong with it are the proportions of the head and neck, but the body looks fine to me. No new meshes required, no new rigging required.

The Doom Multiplayer armors are entirely male and the default armor (UAC) uses the same base as the UAC armor in this mod.
There might be female UAC guards but their not encountered in Doom 2016.
Regardless the armor mesh is rigged for a male shape and not female.
Hayden might have a human shaped body but the proportion don't line up well at all.
His limbs would have to be shrunken down to the point where their animations would be weird.
Ultimately it's not my decision but I wouldn't get my hopes up for such a mod coming soon or at all for what would have to be done, it just wouldn't look good in game.
At that point it wouldn't really look like Hayden anymore
There are mods for robotic soldiers, augmentations? Or how about some of the cosmetic mods for example one of the Titanfall armor mods have robots, or even Star Wars droid mods for example.
I think there was a COD android as well.
If Anything he fits the Faceless or a Chosen in skeleton shape.
Claus stuff for example works fine with invisible Deco mods which is the only reason UC is even listed as a requirement.
I actually can't really think of any that do require it actually.
I suppose you could give me a credit in the description or something.
Trying to experiment with different helmets to see if I can make something that looks Advent but is not the same as the other helmets
