Same as the others: Crash when I click on Custom Battle. I have not tried in the campaign. Well, it doesn't matter, it was just to have a cleaner building menu, nothing really important ^^.

Hey there, it would appear that the changes the submod make break the monster hunts. Some of them require you to recruit marauders- which is obviously impossible.

This crashes my games when I end turn 1. The troll mod works perfectly though. I think the whole garrison idea by the other user might be the correct issue. Keep up the good work.

Hello. I've been looking to start a Grimgor Ironhide campaign with a bunch of mods.

However the game was crashing on turn end with the Norsca factions. The Vanaheimlings shield was displayed with Varg up next.

After some binary searches I managed to isolate the cause of the crash to running these two mods together:
"Reporting For Duty - Garrison Upgrade" and "No Humans for Throgg - Trolls for the Trollking Submod"

I was using Script Debug Activator but, to me, its logs weren't of any use in identifying where the problem lay.

I'm no expert but I guess the changes to disallow recruitment of human units for Throgg break the garrisons..?

I'm having the same issues as @ADHDoug. The game crashes every time I click on custom battles or win a battle in campaign.

Comedic update: Finally got things figured out, went to launch the game to actually start a campaign, only to have it update and seemingly break Ultimate Chaos to cause CTD. Suppose I won't let that stop me playing Throgg but it is a hilariously timed shame.

Got a chance to sit down and poke it a bit more, partially figured it out and it also seems to have partially resolved itself. Discovered it was just a matter of clicking certain options in the main menu caused it to CTD. Initially once this occurred the game would be rendered incapable of fully launching to menu until the mod was disabled, and after launching once without the mod it could be re-enabled and launch to menu. That no longer currently seems to be the case and is once again capable of launching to menu regardless of CTD, but now that I know what causes the CTD to begin with hopefully it just won't be a problem anymore.
I think all/most of the CTD triggers were in the Battles menu, which honestly I have no interest in any of anyway and seem to have just stumbled into the issue by chance while clicking around randomly waiting to see if the load order I was testing would CTD quickly after launch.
Thanks for being on-call though and for your continued support of the mod.

That would explain why it didn't work when I tried it alone, but yes, it fails to launch even when used alone with Trolls for the Trollking and nothing else. Even reversed their load order to see if that made a difference, it did not.

@ADHDoug I fixed the CTD with the last update, at least it works for me now. Are you using it together with the Trolls for the Trollking mod? Because if you activate this mod all alone, it is guranteed to cause a CTD.

Gearing up for a Throgg campaign, troubleshooting current load order, this mod alone seems to be triggering CTDs.
I see the complaint from the 5th of Dec and the update on the 6th, unsure if you're still tinkering with the same issue or if another update came along and broke it again.

@Eugen Posting once is enough, you don't need to report on the main and the submod. You are right, the mod leads to a CTD right now and i am not sure why. Gonna try to repair it, but as always when I don't know the reason right away it might take a while, so be patient.

Problem: I haven't gotten this far myself yet, but my little brother just came in and told me he is locked in a monster hunt that he can't progress because it requires the recruitment of marauders. Does this mod not alter monster hunt requirements to not require humans? Or is it maybe a conflict with another mod, possibly "Norsca: Recruit Hunted Monsters"?
Aside from that, I've had a blast with my current pure-troll experience, and I don't even have the Grom DLC yet! Thank you for your work on these mods, Throgg wouldn't be nearly as attractive an option without them.

@TorquevonThorne That is something changed by the main mod already (and not this submod specificly) but no, the wolves are not new. Throgg starts with those in vanilla already. As you may expect from this mod, he gets more trolls. I think it is a unit of basic norscan trolls and one unit of southern trolls. Might be just 2 more norscan trolls though, not sure right now.

Maybe, eventually. First I wanna revisit the skills, clean them up and rebalance them. Right now you can buff the hell out of all trolls (because the vanilla skills and tech apply to all of them, so...yeah).

Oh, by the way, I know you're busy working on Albion for that other mod, but do you think you'll ever have your eye set on re-creating the technology tree for Throgg to go along with this submod? A lot of his technologies enhance the abilities of Marauders, which this submod completely removes from his roster.

They will probably remain incompatible, sorry. I don't know exactly how Trebor has decided to handle things in his mods, but i can imagine why the mods clash (although admittedly i wouldn't have expected a CTD). The mods have conflicting information for garrisons and troops allowed for the faction and so on.

Hi Elon! First and foremost, this is a great submod for your Trolls for the Trollking mod. When I chose Throgg to start with, I hated that he had to rely on humans to succeed. I do have one question, though: will this mod ever be compatible with Trebor's Garrison Overhaul? I love his improved garrisons/garrison buildings, but with this submod taking out humans for Throgg, it causes a CTD upon starting a Wintertooth campaign.

@D-Lox I would say that is part of the original monster only experience. I understand that it can be annoying though. I can make a little extra mod to allow skinwolves to climb ladders for those who want it. That way everyone can choose the experience they prefer. I'll get to it when I have time.

Would it be possible to give one monstrous unit the ability to use ladders, preferably skinwolves? It sucks to get shot from walls because your flying units died to hordes of sh*t spearmen on the walls. Otherwise this collection is quite awesome man, props!
