Is there a way to change the orks spawn rate and location?, I would like it if they won't spawn every turn 5 tiles away from my squad

@Six This mod is supposed to override any losts (except stuff like The Bio Division's losts whch are their own thing) and replace them with orks. Make sure you have no other Lost overhaul mods such as World War Z

Haven’t determined if they consistently spawn with Lost Sitreps. (Did for a retaliation mission, but didn’t show up in a city).

@Wrath, Check if you have any other lost overhaul mods such as World War L, it's the likely culprit who's overriding the orks.

I was very sad, 20 hours into my legendary playthrough, first encourter with the lost, and I ve seen no orks, just regular losts.. I probably have a conflict between mods as Im running 400mods, so, I ll have to dive into my modlist to see whats going on, but still.. over 1GB in this mod and no changes to my game. pretty aznnoying lol, but thats probably my fault, Im still very excited to use this mod we'll see..

This is really amazing work, I've been playing and my friend just started using this mod and its really class A work. I don't know how you got the custom units in but it changes the game. I know its been years, but Im curious why progress stalled? last I saw as on Trello around 2022

@Velkarie if you struggle with them then I recommend you install Iridar's molotov cocktail mod, it adds a weak incendiary grenade that doesn't alert the lost which can help you overcome these guys in the early game.

It's cool, but the balance is real bad, if you could figure a way to make the warboss and other harder enemies spawn in later missions then it would be fine

Can i just say this mod is amazing. I ROFL'd when i did the skirmisher/Reaper mission and Bradley exclaims when the orks roll up: "My god, they look almost human!"
That said whoever came up with the shield Orkz, i hate you.

I love this mod, it completely changes the tides when instead of scrawny zombies we have these big boyz all armed and capable of fighting back even against the Hive's Chryssalids or the Exalted Custodians, get some kind of flamethrower mod for extra fun.

This mod has 0 balancing for early game. It doesn't make sense to have orks with 9 HP and sniper preicision in your first damn mission with the lost.

this mod sadly keeps tripping out the game and making the game fail to load. Even if it is the only mod activited so can't be used for me atm.

The xcom card which guarantees lost kills doesn't seem to work on orks, i think this is good though i think the card should be altered to deal +1-2 damage or so to orks or some other bonus since functionally the card is useless currently

seeing as Deff Dread is slow and has many sharp things how about making it something players have to completely avoid by giving it bladestorm and retaliation strikes against melee attackers?

@Stormfox Its possible with the stuff thats in the Ork mod but it will be really bare bones basic, they will need some extra animations to make them playable and rework models to be on the proper xcom playables + Freebootas hats.

I want to say thank you for all the hard work you do. This mod has been super amazing. Not sure if you'll see this but I am quite curious....can you use the same models and assets to make them playable for custom soldiers? Because I love the idea of doing my next run using nothing but Em Boyz! WAAGGHH!

Updated or Not, regardless, this is still a really good mod. Sure it's not being worked on as it used to, but it makes for a good replacement over the Lost if your looking for something else.

I really love this mod, but I do encounter an issue big enough to make me turn it off for now. Ork burna boyz cause explosions which call in more Ork swarms. I got to about 50 Orks on my screen before the game crashed. If you could please make it so that Burna boy explosions caused by their deaths don't cause more swarms to appear it would make this fantastic.

Production is PRESUMABLY halted because GW put out a blanket statement about copyright that doesn't actually cover this type of content and scared them. Or they just don't want to work on it anymore.

I am aware that this is not under development anymore, but I must ask. I am not sure because it is a beta, but some lost/orks still appear visually as lost, but attempt to contort themselves to fit the animations. this makes me assume they just failed to load models. but they could just not be implemented yet.
so, am I supposed to see any "lost" in this build ?
