For example, if this map is "garrysmod/maps/gm_flatgrass_airport.bsp"
Then it's as easy as taking an ingame screenshot with the camera tool, resizing/cropping to 128x128, saving as PNG, and putting it like so:
"garrysmod/maps/thumb/gm_flatgrass_airport.png"

I would heavily recommend making thumbnails, both for this page and as a thumbnail in Gmod.

It's quite easy to do and will drastically increase how many people check out your map. Little effort for high reward.

If nothing else, maybe link to another page elsewhere with screenshots, because very few people are willing to download a map they know next to nothing about.
