@Reynard I added two new buildings. One reduces the immigration speed and the other one decreases the piracy in the system. And there is already a early game starbase science building the support lab. Border friction is a country modifier so it would stack per strabase building to an infinite small amount and so i think it is to op. If you have more ideas please post them in the new discussion i created.

also would some kind of early game starbase science module be considered too op? like something with low yield but say 200 alloy cost, 100 consumer goods cost and 2-5 energy upkeep for balance? (low yeild as in like 5 of each science generated)

I would personally think that sensor range should be affected by the listening post building and that the Border control should affect system crime, immigration speed & border friction. Not that I would presume to tel you the values for your own mod but I would personally think that it should have an upkeep of like 2-5 energy and an immigration speed reduction of perhaps 10-15% maybe? for the negative traits and I'd say for the positives it should reduce border friction by a large amount as all diplomatic/ illegal border activity would be halted by starbase fighter patrolls and marshalls.

Yo congratulations on having like the ONLY module mod on the workshop from the looks of it (thats not from the stone age). a few border control modules and buildings would be amazing too, also listening posts
