There's a basic fallschirm skin in the base packs, once I'm done with the German side I'll start working on the Allied powers.

I can confirm that it will never work on multiplayer servers or anything that is sv_pure 1 or above. Because DOI don't allow any custom character mod in multiplayer, which is a shame because insurgency allowed it :(

I'm unsure if it will, never tested it out in servers. sv_pure would need to be disabled, though

You can subscribe to either this or HARP Base Pack, as they both retexture hats and won't be compatible, you can subscribe to the other addons I've made and they'll work together, or somebody else's retextures and those will also probably work.
