Can you please make Adminstrator 24 and if it's easy , do the Max Administrators for all provinces. In real life. Each Provice or state should have an Administrator anyway . Thanks . .

On this Mod, Do I have to start new game to get all 16 administrators? I played game saved turn 150 Shi Xie and Only get 12. I maxed out on my government research and noway I can add 13th manually from the city menu from clicking the small button.

Be warn some of it may conflict attend to your LOAD ORDER in mod manager.
