Where you find this pages of reforms' information?
My database->db->technology_nodes_tables is red.
(before 1.5 patch, I can find them)
I can't find anything to make a mod like this.

For Warlord Gongsun the reforms happen every 3 turns, this essentially increases the turns then, right?
