This mod is amazing and the fixes for Spring Molting were too complicated to put in a workshop comment.

This mod is amazing and the fix still works, if anyone was wondering how the card game actually works: Your cards all have 3 stats, when played a card will vanquish an opponents card if 2 of its stats are higher which will give you points, bonus points can be earned if your card was a lower level than what it vanquished. However, if all 3 stats are higher you will receive negative points.

Love this mod. Thank you to the author and thank you to @I AM A MAGIC SALMON for the fix. This mod is probably one of the best mods for this game, hands down. imo, really fits the theme of the game too!

Easy fix. Go into the boosterpack.sc
And simply change

Would be nice to have a guess at the opponent's deck strength, like how looking at them already tells you if they're tough or not. If it's obvious i'm going to lose I just spam the spacebar, is there a forfeit option?

You can have a cpu play with specific cards by putting them in a chest and challenging it.

if you play aganst yourself you end up having a stroke at the end of the game of S.S. and crap out a blank "[creature]" card, its actually really funny

You can collapse the inventory category by pressing left/4 with the category name highlighted.

Is there any way you can compress all of the cards into a single item you can open like a chest in your inventory? All of the cards can clutter my inventory up too much at times

I somehow managed to play against (and lose to) myself, after which I received a [Creature] card. Don't know if this is intentional or not tho, but it sure was fun.

Fixed the baetyls, they're now -5/-5/-5, because them having negative scores is interesting but they don't need to be that negative.

The mutations do not currently matter, but they may be useful info if you're curious about the creature the card represents.
Mechanics spoilers: A card vanquishes another if two of its three stats are higher than the corresponding stats of the opponents, crushes if all three are higher, and topples if it meets the criteria for vanquishing and is also lower level. Vanquish is worth +1 point, crush is worth -points equal to the lowest excess stat difference, topple is worth +points equal to the level of the card defeated.

I opened a baetyl card pack and all of the cards had 5/-2147483648/-2147483648, i'm pretty sure that's not supposed to happen.

Booster packs will occasionally show up in the same places that boxes of crayons do. If you defeat someone at the game, you'll get a card of them (or rather their same blueprint type, to be technical; defeating a static named character will give you a card of that specific individual, but a pink legendary will just get you the base version of their creature type.)
