works in 4.0 series also, since it does not change a major data set, only ship distance for weapons

Anyone could tweak the file where that setting is themselves if something above 0.75 is already enough and preferable right?
Or in case 0.75 isn't actually enough.

Might want to include into mod description which version of the game this mod is useful for. I recon this adresses a bug that has not been fixed yet in v.2.3.3 [chksum 9b71]?

Worked like a charm, all my fleets immediately started to attack the stations they'd been idling over for over a year
