I dropped a discussion thread of some ideas and suggestions that came to mind for your sets of buildings. its posted in your "Modern Condo Collection"
love the assets, great work!

I could suggest to perhaps make your collection a set of "items which go together" rather than the current option. Scrolling through and subscribing to 101 addons is not such a comfy thing.

This just appears as a column of stacked balconies and nothing else. Anyone else have this issue or a solution?

I am using Daylight Classic, but might give the other 2 mods a try. Thanks and keep up the great assets!

@MGGebriel This game has really bright, harsh sunlight and some of my textures are likely 10% too bright. I use a bunch of different visual mods like, Relight, Ultimate Eyecandy, Daylight Classic, and Dynamic Resolution. I usually turn the sun intensity down to around 4. I highly recommend those mods if you're not already using them, they allow for all kinds of great options and tweaking like real time LUT changes.

I also made other mistakes when making these that make them look brighter than other assets. I made a custom foundation with built in stairs and put them under the terrain and used a different shader to make the underground textures work. Unfortunately that screws up the specular map and makes the windows too bright and shiny and kind of wonky. I'm not sure how to make assets that have functional partially submerged foundations without messing up the windows.

Your modern condos are superbly made. Unfortunately for some reason they all seem too bright taking away how good they look. I'm using Clarity LUT which seems to balanced enough and works well with the majority of assets. Any advice how to get them to show as intended?

No, I won't be uploading another version of this building, but you can convert it to a local RICO asset yourself. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=704483215

I think the more important question is why do you capitalize the first letter of every word in your sentence?

because its a Name. It is not a sentence........

Only 17 rooftop related fatalities have been recorded, less than half have been children. Perfectly safe.
cbtendo 27 Jul, 2019 @ 2:28am
That rooftop looks very safe for family gathering events

Thank you. This is heavily influenced by several Yaletown condos in Vancouver. I have a few more that use the same shared texture that will be released later when the foundations and LODS are done.
jakeroot 24 Jul, 2019 @ 10:49am
Reminds me a lot of some of the condos in Vancouver. Very nice work!
Dingbat 24 Jul, 2019 @ 6:20am
Wow, weird, these look exactly like the buildings on 42nd street and 11th avenue in New York. I don't work far from there.

Thank you! This is exactly the kind of modern highrise I've been hoping for! I hope you'll make more! Toronto and Vancouver have some really good buildings.

This one in North Vancouver is really nice: https://www.google.com/maps/@49.3201741,-123.0724221,3a,60y,137.3h,99.52t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1svkrAgVQhnOzV8ivgosG3ng!2e0!7i16384!8i8192

Great texture and balcony work. A big too tall and skinny for my current build but it is in my collections.
