To load mods in the main menu, you need to toggle a mod (any mod) in the mod manager, then you can go into the options

wrong mod. this is "Fireworks Launcher" mod file, maybe.

Also the first time you enable a mod in the manager, the mods will be active, so you can go to Options>Mod Options and change it without having to do the restart map stuff.

Once you set it in mod options it's saved for the next time.
