@Swallow нет, это не ассеты, вручную их не построишь. это просто расклонированные файлы зданий в директории, чтобы скрипт автозастройки чаще обращался к этим файлам, чем к стандартным. просто потому что их больше чем стандартных.
для ручного строительства можешь использовать мой другой мод city building asset, который был создан как помощник для создания данного мода. но здания там - просто декор, они не функциональны, людей и магазинов там не будет, ресурсов требовать они не будут.
как сделать ассеты функциональными - я не знаю, для меня это сложно.

То-есть построить свою деревушку между пунктом (А) и (Б) с учётом полной заселённости ?
