Also I want to emphasize that they are the only Black Sea Colony without Picked Peltasts. They dont have any elite missiles. I dont think they need many but the Picked Peltasts would be an awesome addition!

Persian Hoplites would be a fine addition. Just remember that Colchis' hardest task is surviving the early game based on the fact that they have a poor economy and Cimmeria, Armenia, and Pontus dont care for them. So I would say add the Militia Hoplites for early game. If you want to add Persian Hoplites as well that's your call. But remember they already have the traditional Greek Hoplites. And if we throw in the Theuros Spears I think they wont be needed. Again your call.

Honestly I like Militia Hoplites better as they are considered heavy spears while Light Hoplites are considered light spears. Since you already have fast moving Hillmen I think the Militia Hoplites can present a more sturdy front despite what their stats say. I tried it out and under certain situations Light Hoplites did better while under others Militia Hoplites did better. But what I found was for more general purpose the Militia Hoplites actually came out on top. As far as Horse Archers I would say whichever tickles your fancy tbh. Although I would think more Armenian and Pontic Influences played a roll based on their other units in the game.

What do you think about Light Hoplites (or even Persian Hoplites) instead of militia ones? Also what about adding Noble Horse Archers / Armored Archers from Scythian units or should I stick to Eastern troops like Armenia? Since even in campaign's description, it's said that Colchis absorbed Scythian and Persian lands.

yep you're right. Just checked the stats again. Dont know why I kept thinking the Scythian Riders were top tier units. They are right in the middle and fit nicely. My bad man!

I'll see what I can do. Also about this mod, didn't add Armored Steppe Lancers because they're similar to Citizen Cavalry when you compare cost, so added stronger unit instead, I mean Scythian Riders.

I do have an idea to fill in things that Colchis could seriously use.
-They have Noble Blood Cav and Low Tier horse archers.....but no Noble Horse Archers or Armored Horse Archers? That doesnt make sense lol.
-They need something to help them early game as they have a poor economy and weak early roster. Eastern Spears and Hillmen arent enough. Hoplites are too expensive. So how about a Militia Hoplite addition?
-Theuros Spears since Pontus and Pergamon both have them would be nice.
-Lastly they are the only Black Sea Faction without Picked Peltasts.

I'd be very thankful for these additions. Your Chimmerian roster is near perfect. I like to keep things balanced and so many tip the scales too much. Not you, you do it right. I would add Armored Steppe Lancers to the Cimmerian roster and it would be perfection! Just a thought as it's the one unit I think really should be in their roster that the devs missed the mark on. Thank you for the excellent work!
