I agree on the switches, i should have put something in there saying it, like in the elevator note there, i considered placing a note in the intel but felt it detached from the reality of it, like how would they know, i'd like to actually tweak the map but then it'd remove players scores.
2)
I made a post about the ziplines, wondering whether i should have removed a lot of them lol, there were 18 in total, i removed a few, on one hand i found that they negate a bit of the map as you can zip everywhere missing a lot of stuff but at the same time felt it was a big aspect of the map, it held the place together lol. in the end i left them up to ppl to decide whether to use em, but placed more bad guys and your rather exposed. i don't like the fact a bro can fall forever and survive, the ziplines in a way 'fix' that, rst assured a theme n not zip line crazy heh
yeah i get what ya mean there, tried my best to make the level completable with most of the place gone, i was getting a little peeved at times when there was just one block, i just considered it a floor and everything being double thick in my op would also look odd for this level anyway
2.2)
Even i've gotten lost lol, i get what your saying about the map, but then it sorta removes the exploration aspect for me anyway
2) Style-review:
Styles are styles, and tastes are tastes. However, there is something "good but could be better" about it. The abundance of ziplines is odd yet OK I suppose.
What I feel is most "wrong" is that despite the necessity of exploring the level, in every direction..
2.1) the floor is always 1 layer thick. So every explosion deletes part of the walkable area. This might be an intended mechanic, but personally I find it distasteful despite having made a remarkably similar level. Weird.
2.2) i know it's easy for you to find yourself, but a player might get easily lost as everything looks the same to him. You need landmarks. Even a zoomed out screenshot of the entire level uploaded here might do.
I hope ppl don't consider the steel tacky i mean ..a lot of ppl died installing the bad guys security wall. some are still trapped down there lol..
i kept dying cause i kept trying to kill everyone so i upped the lives a tad :D
Good luck on speed running this :D
No 30 seconds hack this time lmao :P
