Looks very nice... but until it is updated I am afraid I have to wait.

Seems it is causing me unable to start the load files or new colony up. Doesn't give me any error message when I attempted to view the log.

I may upload a significantly pared down version of this with just the blade extraction portions of the code plus a basic set of weapons, who knows, i mod where the winds take me

I'm very behind on modding activities due to the whole pandemic situation. This mod was a test mod as my intro to RW and will likely not be updated for 1.1 by me. Ill be focusing on finishing my slay the spire project (good god i need to finish that soon) and then will update the mods i have for this that make GwenBlanketKnight's stuff run properly and then the shia lebeouf mod

I really like the mod idea, though I never got the chance to see it in action. I'm hoping it gets updated soon. I'm not trying to bother you. Just saying I'm excited to see it come back to life and see it in my game!

Also I namedropped wrong. It was "What the hack!?" that makes it so mechanoids get knocked out sometimes, instead of killed every time.

Unsure, i'm not sure what all of the functionality in that mod is, my mod checks the scyther blade body part so if thats altered then they wont drop properly

Scyther blades are extractable, like thrumbo horns -> devs make them impossible to obtain -> modder (you) finds the idea cool and adds them again, but makes them far better than originally

I'm obsessive. That's really my only answer. I have a major passion for programming and my day job has me far removed from that these days plus I love RW and I love D&D (as the DM) and making content so making content for RW, which is now my most-played game on Steam is just how it goes. I tend to have the same burnout issue with other projects but not mods (at least functionality-wise). Some of my Civ V mods still have empty or placeholder civilopedia text. I just get a big rush from programming something and watching it work as expected.

It's nice to see new, promising moders for the game.

Just a question, how would you keep your interest till the end when modding? I often lose my interest halfway and abandon my modding projects. Happened 2 or 3 times now.

im the same with art but the ganes community is great - theres also a rimworld discord with art area and some people there also helped me on some of my mods

(its also kind of cool that you two (f's) have worked together on your first (m) mod :lunar2019piginablanket:
