should be that once you hit level 90 on lockpicking then you can tell the lock type...i mean you gotta picklock aloooota locks to get to level 90 on lockpicking.

I figured you were just able to size up how many pins it had, like in Oblivion.

Great immersion. Nice addition. Think I'll use it instead of figuring out how the Dovahkiin has knowledge of every lock in Skyrim. and beyond.

One idea would be some way to "test" the lock, which would be in and of itself a minor felony, that way you know for next time what kind of lock you're dealing with. Make it cost a pick to test a lock or something. That way it's more Immersive than simple guessing or throwing picks at a lock until it's broken, after which case, Dovahkiin knows what lock level that Chest id in.

But the thing that will catch me is the fact that I will atamaticly think that I will not have to pick lock the lock. That I can just walk right in. Yet agein...the relism is just real.

Yes I agree with @Seewhyseeoh . I like the mystery and relism of the mod. It makes it as if you are really the character trying to pick the lock. Very simple mod that yet no one has thought about making/made it until now! #Subscribe

For realism, this is a great mod. Simple & effective like all good mods should be.
