To the owner of this mod, if you come back to this or would simply like this comment removed, no problem!
but the real reason is: these losses are necessary to balancing the ai not improving too much nor wasting too much monarchpoints.
maybe some of the last patches make it more possible to get such good heirs more often.
thx for your comment - i will observe it for some times..
update will come after 23rd oktober - but its working without greater problems.
please ignore the outdate-message and use the old version until i´m back.
Example: InDaSkies, InDaSkies II, InDaSkies III, InDaSkies IIII
I can't have things like that on Iron mode, but in the normal one I can cheat, which I don't like doing...
- changed all localisations to the new system
have fun and don´t forget to vote.
- you have not enough mp to use it. on gamestart thats often the case if your ruler is a relative good one.
- you are using another mod along HaREM which overwrites my entry in on_action events. this blocks a correction event which changes a heir-modifier into a ruler_modifier after inauguration. if the normal time of the heir-modifier is over, all will working as it should.
- you are playing a nation with a primitive government: for those rulers only one step of training up to level 4 is possible. if your ruler is better then skill 3, the decision is blocked. thats one of restrictions to prevent from wasting too much mp - "primitive" rulers often die before the age of 40.
and some restrictions for governments will not working as ET making own types. but generally it should work with ET.
have fun and don´t forget to vote.
Cheers man
and i like it to have a little bit medieval look&feel and not only "educate heir" or "train ruler" shown in decissions. if your heir get a shorter name its shown completly. ;)
i´m not sure if i understand you right.
are the options "greyed out"? if so, hover your mouse over the questionmark and take a look, if you fullfill all requirements (age of heir, enough monarchpoints, not at woar etc.)
or can you not see the decisions ´cause of ugly sorts?
I am glad to hear that. Take your time and good luck with the balancing :D
i need some more time for that.
observations for balancing and some work on my other mod (dynamized development) are my priorities. adaptions for other mods will come after that, i´m afraid not before christmas.
yes it is possible, for heirs i introduced that with newest version.
will check it for next version and maybe only make it for AI impossible as a part of balancing restrictions.
thx for suggestion.
Though, is it possible through editing the files that you can educate your ruler even through war so long as he isn't a general or attached to an army? I doubt it is possible but thought I would ask.
Keep up the splendid work!
- first version with direct manipulations of heirs
- at the moment no other restrictions than time for heir education by human players. this could be changed after some balancing tests in the future
have fun and don´t forget to vote.
i hope at weekend a revised version will be publish.
