I really wish this mod did not add so many things and just focused on not letting the AI turbo-colonize Africa
GOD SAVE THE TEA 22 Dec, 2021 @ 2:49am
@blackkray it needs to 1.30 to run them
blackkray 28 Nov, 2021 @ 12:01pm

Altiris 31 Mar, 2021 @ 9:10am
Could I make a TNO Italy in this mod? Owning parts of Arabia, Sudan, Egypt, etc even though Italy didn't own them IRL?
Sarcagian 1 Sep, 2020 @ 8:31am
Africa has no colonial regions
AlwaysRM 25 Jun, 2020 @ 1:53pm
Can't wait :D
Casual909  [author] 25 Jun, 2020 @ 8:27am

AlwaysRM 24 Jun, 2020 @ 12:04pm

DarkLegion 17 Jun, 2020 @ 2:51pm
Will the mod be updated or canceled? I am waiting for the mod to be updated to play the game
Casual909  [author] 17 Jun, 2020 @ 9:55am
@DarkLegion maybe if you spam kek
DarkLegion 17 Jun, 2020 @ 3:18am
won't an update come?
LUCIFER † 14 Jun, 2020 @ 10:54am
@Casual909 Aaah, I understand. Thank you!
Casual909  [author] 14 Jun, 2020 @ 9:52am
@LUCIFER † certainly but atm the basemod needs some updating and polishing first as I had to cut a bit of content in order to release it earlier for 1.30.
LUCIFER † 14 Jun, 2020 @ 4:23am
Hi. Is this going to be updated?
RESQUART 18 Mar, 2020 @ 2:08pm
Thanks so much. Really GW! :winter2019happyyul:
LUCIFER † 25 Feb, 2020 @ 2:09pm
@Casual909 Oh, okay! Thank you!
Casual909  [author] 25 Feb, 2020 @ 9:50am
@LUCIFER † also only certain AI nations can colonize so it wouldn't look totally weird either.
Casual909  [author] 25 Feb, 2020 @ 9:49am
@LUCIFER † yes, that's intended. The gold coast is 1 of the only places which can be colonized freely. It kept changing its overlords at various points of time in history therefore my decision. Nontheless, countries may still get some claims on the corresponding provinces :)
Casual909  [author] 25 Feb, 2020 @ 9:46am
Teapot 24 Feb, 2020 @ 4:43pm
crashes for me on loadup
LUCIFER † 5 Feb, 2020 @ 8:55am
Hello. Mod is great, but i noticed one thing: Sierra Leone and the nearby provinces gets colonized by Castile as soon as they get discovered. Wasn't that area historically under the Portuguese? It's a bug or it is intended? Thanks for replying, and keep up the good work! Your mods are great :steamhappy:.
Casual909  [author] 10 Nov, 2019 @ 9:30am
@Insane Keiser God Niklaus the Dutch get cape of good hope whenever they get to exist which is basically almost any game unlike in vanilla. Furthermore there is in fact an event which causes tensions between the Dutch and the English. This could lead into a war or they simply just give it up peacefully in rare cases. There is also a back up system which will switch over specific regions to another owner whenever one ceases to exist. For example Belgian Congo will be given the Netherlands a chance to get colonized. Whenever there is no candidate found in the system it will be open for colonization for anyone so conquering all England's ports will kick em out of the colonial game and give the world an entire different shape.

Make sure to install the base mod tho otherwise this submod will not work as it acts like an extention.
Insane Keiser Niklaus Carrotcake 10 Nov, 2019 @ 6:59am
I just want to note for true accuracy the dutch should be the one to first get Cape of Good Hope.
and events should happen as did to create the shift to a British one, if you intend to do so then fair enough... (as I see you stated the Netherlands is still in the works) other wise it's not accurate to show the true Scramble for Africa + would be nice to see the Dutch get it when England is not around and not Spain and Portugal.... like all my dam games :'(

however I am yet to play it yet just the pics lead me to it if so sorry for the pointless comment I intend to try this mod out in my next play through but this would be something that would bother me.
DarkLegion 22 Oct, 2019 @ 8:16am
Should I use this mode for animated date meat for the extended timeline?
Casual909  [author] 11 Oct, 2019 @ 10:41am
@lad make sure you got the correct version of the basemod. Not the extended timeline version which is outdated. Furthermore try to resub as I had to do this as well to get things working. If that does not work then clear your mod files because the mod conversation to the new system is absolute trash.
Teapot 10 Oct, 2019 @ 11:49pm
do i need another mod to extend the timeline to stop ctds?
Teapot 10 Oct, 2019 @ 11:06pm
i get a ctd when i have this with road to revised history

anyone else?
Casual909  [author] 26 Sep, 2019 @ 5:25pm
@Bulbazo01 already out, just resub if you were an old sub.
Nematode 26 Sep, 2019 @ 3:07pm
update for 1.29?
Casual909  [author] 20 Sep, 2019 @ 8:35am
Mickel83 19 Sep, 2019 @ 8:39pm
Sorry haven't played the game very much recently. So I have no clue

But it does support claiming uncolonized land. Im pretty sure it wouldnt just be locked down to catholic nations if thats what your saying
Casual909  [author] 19 Sep, 2019 @ 5:09pm
@Mickel83 I think you refer to the Treaty of Tordesillas. These claims do not even work for protestant nations, only catholic nations who settle first.
Mickel83 19 Sep, 2019 @ 4:59pm
@Casual909 Ive seen claims on uncolonized land before, so the engine does support It. But I don't know about modding it

Casual909  [author] 19 Sep, 2019 @ 4:51pm
@Rabbit these issues are caused because this submod is still outdated because it takes a lil longer to update the submod and been very busy with uni. However I should have noted this. Thanks anyway!
[Reyne] Rabbit 19 Sep, 2019 @ 1:02pm
Where can I report a bug? I'll report here then:
When this mod is loaded, some (random) provinces in the colonial regions (Americas and Africa) get assigned to some hordes. And some seem to be occupied (like in conquering a province) by those same hordes. They don't have much provinces occupied, but it's very weird to see the Mongols in the middle of the Brazillian jungle and Oirat having a colony with scattered provinces in the South Africa colonial region.
When this mod is disabled (and only Road to Revived History is active), this is solved.

I hope this helps!
Casual909  [author] 19 Sep, 2019 @ 10:21am
@Mickel83 not sure if I can make that work.
Mickel83 18 Sep, 2019 @ 4:26pm
Atleast claim uncolonized land, that would fix so much
Mickel83 18 Sep, 2019 @ 4:24pm
I was hoping you would agree with me, and think about making a mod to do that
guessi'lldie 18 Sep, 2019 @ 1:43pm
Sounds good. Keep up the great work
Casual909  [author] 18 Sep, 2019 @ 1:39pm
@guessi'lldie expect it to be done on Friday.
guessi'lldie 18 Sep, 2019 @ 1:24pm
Okay, thank you!
Casual909  [author] 18 Sep, 2019 @ 12:13pm
@guessi'lldie not yet, working on it right now. The core mod just got its 1.29 update. Not sure if it works tho.
guessi'lldie 18 Sep, 2019 @ 12:11pm
Is this compatible with 1.29?
Mickel83 16 Sep, 2019 @ 2:53pm
You know If colonization was slower, and be able claim uncolonized provinces as yours to colonize later, also fighting over who owns it. Like countries actually did

You woulded have to make this mod, this is a throw at paradox
Casual909  [author] 16 Sep, 2019 @ 10:02am
@ShouldEcho thanks! That's really awesome to hear :D

@ShouldEcho not compatible, it is a mixed version of ET with Vanilla to include wasteland. I got permission a while ago from the creator of ET :)
DDRNoct 16 Sep, 2019 @ 6:14am
@Casual909 So this mod compatible with ET? i mean the african map same Right?
