Turns out there's a Nomad village in the northwest (Iron Trail? Dreg? can't remember) that uses the same town marker as "Desert Rose", so it's also called Desert Rose and has a Goat Man, etc. Not as many buildings though, so it's not all exactly the same.

I've sent Bill and updated version of this mod regarding first aid and medic AI behaviors. They'll live a bit longer, but def don't want to make them invincible to threat. There's other little things I did for environmental aspects to the towns and population, but anyways. At some point, the mod will be updated soon.

This mod is so nice, thanks a lot. It only needs a little thing - all people from the bar-town; greyflayers and others - need TONS of first aid kits. After just one raid of Band Of Bones - 3/4 of ppl were dying on the ground and nobody was helping (no med kits). Next day after one more raid of dust bandits and band of bones, there was nobody left alive....:(

Hey @bill! I just finished..most of the fixes for you.
-Reintroduce Big Grey (because he was missing in your MOD),
-fixed the floating house in Oashisu,
-removed some buildings in Desert Rose because I assume many people will be using the [Market Stalls] mod, so said buildings are replaced with wheat farms instead,
-added a few features to Desert Rose,
-altered the makeshift walls to give them a "natural" feel to its location and its local resident's building skills,
-replaced the campfires with torches,
-give that "blk casino (f__ker)" a bit of life by having him being the barman of Smuggler's Bar (Now "Smuggo's Bar").

And some other things I haven't been able to list from my head. But anyways, my guy, I hope you add my Invite, or msg me so I can send you the MOD file. I hope to see this MOD get more downloads in the near future!

Hey @bill ! I've been really loving this city mod that I drew some inspirations for my city mod, New Cities, Han. It's still in development and I may make another mod (more quest-based) that will be dependent of yours. But that's besides the point.
Do you mind if I do some minor tweak to your mod? To address some of the issues like placements and AI contracts, and send the updated MOD file to ya to update this mod? That would be pretty sweet to get this guy running right, and I'd love to see more people subscribing to this!

the people in the towns never use the turrets and the towns just get destroyed by huge swarms of bandits, i mean the beak things come in and kill the bandits after but still the ai needs to start using the turrets

Oashisu's animal trader has an issue with the stairs not touching the ground. In case the author never fixes it, here's how to fix it ingame with the FCS. Press Shift + F12 to open the editor, then click on the shop. Press the "Reset" Button. Then, click the "Interior Edit Mode" button, then click "Clear", then click "Shop" and "Animal Sign" on the preset interiors options, to reset the interior so it isn't floating above the floor. Then, save your game and load. After the load, you should be able to enter the building which will now be lower to the ground. If you import your game, you will probably have to redo this, but you can also save the change to the mod if you want to do that. I find it's easier to just do it this way.

There's an animal trader that I believe was in the original game (possibly a mod I downloaded) is now blocked by a rats nest of buildings built over it.
Small settlement south east of shem I think. pretty sure its the first 2 screen shots for youyr mod. I know its North east of the swamp, arid land with the bodies of water.

Well done, I always felt that Shem was a bit empty. Probably by design but still. I would love to see more modders making very lite overhauls to all the areas in the game, like Bast for instance.
