For anyone that's interested, the instructions on how to make this compatible with the new Spaced Out DLC is here:
https://github.com/soerenkk/ONI-Old-mods-for-DLC
It's only local so it's up to the individual to monitor the build updates, and update the yaml file accordingly, as needed. Happy duping!
I would be very, very grateful!!!
But hey, cheap fridge? Wth, I'LL TAKE IT!
Reasoning: I doesn't like abusing game engine(like chlorine room/refrigerator inside vacuum airlock), so if we can use something like real life industrial co2 refrigerators, this will be nice. Or just refrigerator with both 4*C and sterile atmo :)
The refrigerator I'd like and which is basically equivalent to ONI's 120kg one consumes 270 Wh per day i.e /24=11.25 Wh => if constantly cooling like in ONI, it would be with 11.25W(s). The other, huge one, would be constantly using 60W. Again, refrigerators don't constantly run unless they are gaining heat more quickly.
All we really need to know is that if you got something said to consume 1000W, each hour of constant usage should increment an electric meter by 1kWh which is the unit businesses use to make business with energy. 1kWh should on average cost... little or much depending on the source. Damn would I be glad if it'd only cost 8c where I am but alas it costs 29c instead. Gas is also cheaper elsewhere... 3.5c per kWh instead of 8.
Personally I am considering a Liebherr TP 1724 since it has a fair size (125+18L) and needs only 270W each day. Spend 27,44 € or 143,36 € per year? I take two full priced games rather~
Ahhh, thx very much. I was actually using a "Rotate everything" mod, and wondered if it would get updated since it rotated a lot of things, but some were missing, more and more as updates went :) . Actually I was about to look onto this and look for any other mod - I dont have to anymore :D
And if you could also make it rotatable, it would be perfect. Since it clearly have an orientation, then building simetric rooms is ... as many of ONI players like to do :D :) .
