does this still work in version 1.5?
Buy_Rice 4 Apr @ 7:52am
does this allow me to see mods that give me errors
Three 24 Feb @ 8:03am
@Clarke's Third Mage I belive that core game with DLCs does that. I will send you an screenshoor when I will start a new game with new mods :highlvl:
Clarke's Third Mage 23 Feb @ 5:19pm
Feature request: have an option to only show the changes. It's annoying to have to scroll down through a list of 150+ items just to confirm that the only change was adding that one new mod that I've just added to this playthrough.

Thanks for creating this mod. I've played many games using it. It made managing my ever-growing collection of mods much easier. It's awesome that it was included in the base version of the game. That seems like a great honor for the author. :cozyfallout4:

Thanks for Updating to 1.5 !

@iErr0r32
might want to post your player.log file

@That_Annoying_Guy if you change mods and load a save that doesnt have those mods it usually just says "yo stuff changed" this mod changes that to the 2 colomn system shown in the picture
That_Annoying_Guy 3 May, 2024 @ 9:12pm
Don't know if I'm missing something, but this mod doesn't seem to be doing anything
Narlindir 1 May, 2024 @ 7:29am
This is awesome
where is the setting to show mods as "moved up or down the list"?
It shows "mod removed" colour even tho the mod was just moved up or down in load priority
I thought this used to recognize moved mods
yezi34277 1 Dec, 2022 @ 1:36am
After returning version 1.3, it will cause the save unreadable.
Onyx 19 Nov, 2022 @ 7:45am
thank you for the update! hope you'll have time to finish it sooner than later. I look forward to seeing what you come up with to make this even better.
Winney 17 Nov, 2022 @ 1:57am
will this mod be open to rimworld 1.4v soon?
Master Rhokai 30 Oct, 2022 @ 12:27am
could be another mod i've got, but this mod seems to be have integrated into 1.4
Tsornin 27 Oct, 2022 @ 10:14am
Thanks Madeline! Looking forward to it :)
Krypt 26 Oct, 2022 @ 2:54am
> update?
There is an another mod of this sort, but probably I shouldn't promote on other people's mods
Krypt 26 Oct, 2022 @ 2:52am
@Madeline, I think it is enough to simply recompile the mod. At least, it was the case for mine.
Ludeon broke binary compatibility for DrawButton, meaning every mod having buttons should be recompilled.
Krypt 26 Oct, 2022 @ 2:50am
> lot better than it used ti be, I
Unfortunatelly, in visual representation only.
It was used to show mod order in that smashed thing. But anymore, unfortunatelly
L 25 Oct, 2022 @ 11:02pm
update?
정구지  [author] 21 Oct, 2022 @ 10:14pm
I agree with your opinion, and I'm working on a new feature that shows order differences based on the 1.4 window. (also some refactoring)
GoblinEngineer 21 Oct, 2022 @ 7:34am
While the new Mismatch window is certainly a lot better than it used ti be, Istill think this one is better. The new one doesn't show the position of mods that have been added/removed like this one does
정구지  [author] 8 Oct, 2022 @ 12:25am
@brucethemoose
I'm in observation of the 1.4 stable release, as a similar window is likely offered by default in the new version. I might re-write the mod based on the new functionality.
brucethemoose 7 Oct, 2022 @ 6:04pm
1.4?
Gesugao-san 7 Oct, 2022 @ 7:50am
idea: make the number of mods removed and added, i.e. make a more user-friendly interface for mods that have simply been reordered.
Narlindir 9 Sep, 2022 @ 11:51am
cold you add the option to only show things that changed?
so only the coloured things

also and could you add a category for "moved" istead of treating it like removed and added somewhere else (maybe check if mod is in both lists and then colour accordingly)
optionally indicate arrow up and down the direction of movement

love your mod ^^
Chara Syrilium 14 Jul, 2022 @ 3:58am
What does yellow with a ? mean? I have it with every mod that uses Harmony including harmony....
Eikioma 16 May, 2022 @ 4:12am
Great mod, if i could suggest something, it would be to add another color like blue if the mod is the same but changed position in the load order. Don"t know if it's fesible or even pratical, just a though I had while trying to adjust the order of the mod I had to make them work.
FlareFluffsune 31 Mar, 2022 @ 2:13pm
it works fine and always has done. just put it after core/dlc
The Gaming Archaeologist 31 Mar, 2022 @ 12:01pm
Does this work with Fluffy's Mod manager or Rocketman? I added it and moved it up to right below Harmony, however, I still don't have the menu above. So I'm guessing those two are conflicting.
DarkArtistryNKP 4 Mar, 2022 @ 9:01pm
Goodness am i glad i found this. Coming back after over a year. This will be VERY useful!
FlareFluffsune 23 Dec, 2021 @ 2:27am
You add it to your mod list after Harmony. Literally has zero load order aside after Harmony.
Pingas Pincher 23 Dec, 2021 @ 2:24am
How do you make this work? The mod list looks the same :P
FlareFluffsune 12 Sep, 2021 @ 2:45pm
Is there any chance of an option which will check if there's any new/missing mods but ignore any load order changes? Because I use a lot of mods often I switch them about in load order to try and find stability and I don't really need to know again and again that there's a mismatch.
FoxyLover69 2 Aug, 2021 @ 12:36am
Got a mod mismatch window on load.
Backed out, installed this mod.
Mod pointed out missing patch, now redundant cuze the issue's been fixed on main mod and patch has been unlisted.

This took seconds. Because of this mod.
Blackbear01 25 Jul, 2021 @ 7:47am
Very slight conflict with Ideology. When you try to load a saved ideology that was created with different mods, it opens a mod mismatch window as if you were trying to load a save. This window stay even if you click load anyway, and you have to use the close button.

So, basically, a very small problem.
정구지  [author] 10 Jul, 2021 @ 8:59pm
bug fix will be applied in a couple weeks.
Vertigo 18 May, 2021 @ 4:34am
If this mod is still giving you troubles you can try out ModDiff instead. I ended up switching to it after getting annoyed with this one.

Same problem as @dorsai and @pureMJ - mod version metainfo isn't being saved in the save, so there's always a mismatch with almost all mods.
DisKorruptd 9 Dec, 2020 @ 3:14am
@Two for some reason, I was thinking highlight purple
(≡◉‿‿◉≡) 4 Nov, 2020 @ 4:30am
I'm getting this error lately after the updates.

A feature I'd like is if instead of highlighting a mod red if it's been moved up or down, highlight it sky blue and have an arrow pointing up or down in the direction it was moved in the list. Could be optional if you think that might be confusing for some.
GreenSkye 7 Sep, 2020 @ 2:15pm
@Dorsai! @pureMJ Same here. Never seems to properly save/read the version information.
Dorsai! 31 Aug, 2020 @ 4:23am
Somehow the mod version feature does not work at all for me. It detects the current version of the mods with version numbers, but when loading a save, the version stored in the save is always "unknown" and marked as yellow.
This is the case both for old and new saves.
pureMJ 29 Aug, 2020 @ 12:16pm
Somehow this has been buggy for me.
It now always shows a mismatch with zero mismatch in the window.
Proxyer 9 Aug, 2020 @ 4:32am
Thank you for update!
fireglow 9 Aug, 2020 @ 3:05am
@Madeline Thanks! Love this mod!
정구지  [author] 8 Aug, 2020 @ 9:32pm
*update* now this mod supports RW v1.2, no meaningful code changes
SquarelyCircle 16 Jul, 2020 @ 1:38pm
There's absolutely no reason that this hasn't been co-opted into the main game. Such a perfect little change.
