ATTENTION: If you give Cultures Rights by Cultural Decisions, the -5% PrimaryCultureHappiness are now stacking!
Quick question, not sure if this can be a mod thing, but I find that the party requests of the factions are always boring (grant holdings, secure investment etc). I hardly ever see a request for war, break alliance, or something dramatic to really want you to force a veto...
Another, small suggestion, can Epirus and Italy have a strait connection? Epirus can then get involved in southern italy (fails because of no navy usually!)
In general, because Mercenaries are quite useful for warfare because avoiding bad war exhaustion and manpower usage, I'm more in a restrictive attitude though.
Savegames you made since yesterday might be corrupted!
