Testing this on my laptop with a weird resolution (1366x768) and it seems I can't access all of the options. Last option available to me is "pause when a colonist starts a social fight" and its X seems slightly cut off at the bottom. I can't scroll down or navigate with arrow keys.

Downloaded this specifically for the transport pod crash option and I can't see it so hopefully it's on by default.

The setting to pause when a colonist goes berserk also applies to hostiles. Every time I cast the berserk psycast, the game pauses, but I only want it to pause for my own colonists.

Transport pod crashes were removed since they were moved to the quest system, and I didn't quite understand where I'd need to patch to keep the feature.

As for the settings menu, there isn't anymore events past "social fights".

Yeah it looks like there should be more to the list but I can't see anything below "Pause when a colonist starts a social fight". Is there some sort of .ini I can edit to pick which ones are active?

Should there be a scroll bar in the settings menu? It seems like there is more to the list (like transport crash) but I'm unable to scroll down

So im searching for a mod that pauses the game for trade ships and quests, I always miss those when focused on managing. Is it possible to add this as a feature? Sorry for the request but your mod is the only I`ve found that goes in the general direction of my desires. If possible, thx in advance!

Whenever I cast Berserk on an enemy pawn, the game pauses. I doubt this is intended (maybe it's accidentally getting treated like one of your own pawns going berserk?).

Would it be possible to add the option to pause when a preparing raid begins their assault on the colony? This is a feature of Codeoptimist's Assorted Alterations , but that mod has yet to be updated to 1.3.

Not sure if it's possible, but I would love an auto-pause any time a non-drafted colonist is injured.

Still doesn't pause for predator attacking tamed animal when the setting is checked and the option to pause on threat is turned on. RIP my duck.

I do have predator pausing enabled, and a self-tamed cougar. Could it be pausing when its prey retaliating (which i'm not getting text notifications about?) I only just thought of this and haven't noticed a hunt where my cougar gets hurt since, i'll keep an eye out.

@elky, without knowing more there's not really much I can investigate on. The only thing I can think of that may give the illusion of randomness would be when the idle setting is enabled, or predator pausing is enabled. The latter pauses before the notification appears because of an old mod incompatibility issue.

@Nesano, the latter half of the above paragraph would help explain that a little, but outright not pausing is a different issue aswell.

With that said, I'll look into both issues when I have a chance.

This is a great idea! Would it also be possible to pause at low need levels for food, beauty or comfort?

Pausing at low food levels for prisoners and pets would be handy since sometimes it's easy forget about feeding when dealing with raids, etc.

After disabling another mod Predator Hunt Alert, it appears that the pauses on predators targeting my colonists/pets now work.

I've uploaded a Hugslib if you'd like to take a look at it regarding the error for idle pawns I get. I just died on my last game naked brutality due to a mad ostrich attack that happened before I could pause, but honestly, I'm not sure now if it did pause and I just instinctively unpaused it trying to pause it again lol.

There's another mod I see called Safe Pause that looks like it should be able to fix that issue. So I guess I'll try to see how that one works too. Hopefully you're able to fix the idle pawns issue still though.

@epishade the only thing I can think of is maybe with the aggressive caching the mod does to make sure some events don't pause the game repeatedly, like berserk pawns. At best, I can open up the cache to be user customizable.

Would be a good mod, but it's not working for me. My pawns can go idle, or have predators target them or colony animals and the game still doesn't pause
