That 10 food feels a little overpowered. Now just the maximum amount of starbases can supply your entire empire. I hope they cut it down again to maybe 5. Enough to make them worthwhile but not able to make farmer jobs irrelevant.
Maybe make it more in line with the description and give starbases a food upkeep cost that the hydrophonics bay will negate.
I am aiming for it to be useful when needed, nut not OP or suitable as a total substitute for other food sources. I am totally fine with fiddling with numbers if people think its under or over powered.
I will look into compatibility issues... they should be resolved as I update it for the current game state.
