Just a little FYI, Frackin' Races has been discontinued and merged into Frackin' Universe proper as of June 6, 2020, so you can safely remove/ignore the separate mod.

so i currently have a mod that adds in a little light spirit race (looked at your profile and i think you may know what i mean by "light spirit") but the down side is that exessive plant fibre is used but hey, you cant die from falling (with FR of course)

Which mod changes the ore requirements, out of curiosity? I find it more tedious than fun having to grind coal and pixels for early game ore smelting....

It crashes my game to go to another biome. im not sure what it is and im concerned its just my not just my computer. i tried it on another computer and it did the same thing.

@Obi Juan Kenobi I think you get those from destroying big turrets that you find in space or on rebel-occupied planets

@Dantedeathhermit I remember finding flags at the foraging table, in the [Flare] menu.

i assume that problem with Enhanced Storage was due to Ursa Miner shop not showing up for the scan quest but it sort of completable every so often the shops switch when you leave and come back its like 70-30 split that it will show up on next teleport

I got you. I didn't think you were being rude, which is why I didn't mind explaining it to you. Also, the collection part works for ALL mods, not just Starbound. So, it's the same no matter what game you're using the Workshop for, it'll all follow the same rules.

But hey, happy modding! It gets easier over time.

see, this is the first time i have used the workshop for starbound mods.
im used to manualy modding most things (other than minecraft lol) so again, im not used to how it works.
i probably have to unsub, start, crash and resub then to get the ES shop back again (since Ursa Miner replaced it again)
im also used to people thinking im being a *insert rude word for your starbound race here* type of person when i reply to things sometimes, hence why i said i wasnt trying to be mean or nasty to Tech. i know for a fact i cannot create mods, nor code. i tried waaaay back in the old days of morrowind and neverwinter nights. my brain melted lol. so i stuck with the engines they gave us and was reasonably happy ^^. im more of an ideas kinda person.

That's what I am saying. This is just a collection. Even if a mod is removed from the collection, you're still subbed to the mod regardless. Taking it out of the collection will not unsub you; erego, no effect, positive or negative. Never said you were being nasty; I was correcting you for being wrong about saying Tek broke people's characters. It's up to each person to unsub if they want to stay current with his playthrough, which also requires doing proper research before removing mods midgame.

actualy, it did have a slight effect. the Ursa Miner store is back where it was on the outpost.
i thought the reason it didnt crash for me earlier was that as i had unsubed/subed again last week when trying to fix the issue for first time/character scan the outpost, it didnt unsub me.
it wont be an issue if you your character has allready cpmpleted that part of the questline, but it also means having to unsub/resub to it if you want a new character or to keep the mod lol

im not being nasty to Techworks, im enjoying this so far. i just hate it when mods i like conflict and i have to choose.

Just because Tek removed it from this list doesn't mean anything. Each player would have to unsub themselves for it to go into any form of effect.

also...you may have just broke everyones characters :(
because the moment you remove ES, their characters will crash. i know because i removed ES and forgot to remove everything in my storage containers last time i replied to you on the captain southbird vid. when you try to log into your character after removing ES it causes a crash untill you put ES back in, remove all items in your containers then remove ES again.

i been wrangling with this mod for a while now, but i cant give it up because i need the hoarder version for maximum storage in games lol.

if you could get mod 'Skys Outpost' to simply move the Ursa Miner store, it would easily be compatable.
also the Enhanced Storage mod had that issue a lot anyway. whenever you start a new universe empty, your first character allways has to complete the mining outpost to make the basic stores fill up and be scannable.
a technical way around it is to play up to the erichus mining (at least with normal outpost) and then add the Enhanced Storage back in...

Quick Modpack Change!

I went ahead and removed Enhanced Storage from the pack since it conflicts with the Skys Outpost element of the Troubled Waters mod, preventing the Outpost Scanning quest from being completable. Sorry for the mix-up everyone :c

At the outpost im missing all the tech stuff? its just empty. im hoping that installing it all though steam it self will somehow fix this. :rickweeks:

i see you did not take away extended story, your in for a challenge, cause that mod has LOTS of combat related content. not to mention a monster slightly more dangerous than the erchius horror,
better get your farming skills ready too! as almost every craftable thing with troubled waters has a changed recipe
