Blazingdevil 27 Nov, 2020 @ 1:34pm
does this still work?
stephangoodwin  [author] 12 Apr, 2020 @ 10:52pm
Not yet, my fifteen month old is keeping me plenty busy.
π Charred 12 Apr, 2020 @ 9:18pm
update?
jk 14 Jan, 2020 @ 7:19pm
does it work with 2.50
Asajev 29 Dec, 2019 @ 7:08pm
@stephangoodwin feel free to PM if you wish to talk about the mod.
Asajev 29 Dec, 2019 @ 7:07pm
@stephangoodwin hey man a couple of technical issues. You seem to have voided the 02_rural_district.txt file and possibly all district files and replaced them with your own. That is probably not the best way to make the mod as compatible as possible. One other thing I noticed is that PDX Mod Manager seems to not acknowledge that this mod has a steamworkshop mod id for what ever reason. This mod has an interesting concept but seems to be stuck in 2.3.3 what is the relative status for this mod for a 2.5/2.6 release?
stephangoodwin  [author] 16 Dec, 2019 @ 7:55am
@Asajev I'll give it a look thanks!
Asajev 11 Dec, 2019 @ 3:41pm
@stephangoodwin this might be not what you or those who use your mod want but use a different launcher. I use the Paradox Mod Manager and it solves all issues related to the PDX launcher as I can more easily manage my mods.
stephangoodwin  [author] 9 Dec, 2019 @ 4:52pm
Mod needs updating for recent releases, and I haven't gotten around to it because of all the fighting with the launcher. Hopefully a mod-friendly upgrade to the launcher is coming, so I can update and fix this.
syraphim777 7 Dec, 2019 @ 11:44am
1) Mod don't switch strata between "drones" and "workers&spec's" for machine empires,
2) No one pop coming in "worker" strata, i. e. NO MINING!
Some other ways for getting silicon? That thing needed for weapons. Whitout that i can't upgrade ships...
stephangoodwin  [author] 3 Nov, 2019 @ 7:14am
Ugh, the new launcher is keeping me from updating the mod. Hopefully I can figure it out soon, or Paradox makes changes so the launcher is modder friendly again.
qwaurck 18 Oct, 2019 @ 1:35pm
Happy cheering :D
stephangoodwin  [author] 18 Oct, 2019 @ 11:45am
I'm already working on Gigastructural Engineering, and I will add Planetary diversity to the list
qwaurck 18 Oct, 2019 @ 6:58am
@vikcoyote
There is no bug, i had it aswell, the problem is conflicting mods.
qwaurck 18 Oct, 2019 @ 6:57am
Really love the mod!
Could you make it compatibel with Real Space?
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=937289339
And planet Diversity?
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=819148835
And Gigastructural Engineering?
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1121692237

I know it is a big ask.
But if this works this will be the ultimate stellaris.
stephangoodwin  [author] 16 Oct, 2019 @ 8:11am
@vilcoyote I wasn't aware of that bug for this mod. Are you running other mods? Any particular resources you've seen it with?
Vilcoyote 16 Oct, 2019 @ 2:20am
is the market bug with negative pricing (earning money when buying stuff) has been adressed?
edri 13 Oct, 2019 @ 8:33pm
Alright, I'm going to look into the parts that can conflict
stephangoodwin  [author] 13 Oct, 2019 @ 12:38pm
Rederp definitely!
edri 12 Oct, 2019 @ 3:12pm
Hey I'm one of the creators of Traditional Trees and would you be interested in a compatibility patch?
stephangoodwin  [author] 11 Oct, 2019 @ 3:15pm
That's kind of the point, Pitlos Tails, more resources and harder choices. Heck I even say that in the above blurb. Sorry you don't like it.
Pitlos Tails 11 Oct, 2019 @ 7:06am
besides you removing my comment that critizies your mod lol, this mod makes you have to get several other things for your ships which ofcourse slows down progress
whitefox_braveheart 10 Oct, 2019 @ 4:27am
could you possibly make a comp patch for !!District Overhaul https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1742527573
Royal Coyote 9 Oct, 2019 @ 12:25pm
@stephangoodwin no worrys man also 2.4 is out
stephangoodwin  [author] 9 Oct, 2019 @ 12:19pm
@Royal Coyote, thanks for letting me know, I will look into it
Royal Coyote 9 Oct, 2019 @ 6:27am
So im loving this mod but on the Auto buy/sell section when trying to sell some of the icons come over the Amount bar so i think the windo needs expanding a tad
stephangoodwin  [author] 9 Oct, 2019 @ 12:17am
@tubadawg there will definitely be problems with other mods that add districts. Let me know the mods and I can probably make a compatibility patch.
TubaDawg 8 Oct, 2019 @ 10:47pm
Ive tested this mod from the beginning and it looks like planetary districts are broken. Lots of unemployment with mods im using that adds more districts.
Zer0_Requiem 8 Oct, 2019 @ 5:51pm
Ok, I'll see how it looks then
stephangoodwin  [author] 8 Oct, 2019 @ 1:36pm
Nope, no need for universal resources patch. Although, if you click on the drop down for strategic resources it won't show them all, they show up if you just mouse over. You can use the mod Resource ScrollBar if you wish.
Zer0_Requiem 8 Oct, 2019 @ 9:23am
This mod looks like it could make things really interesting. Do you need Universal Resources Patch to see the new resources?
stephangoodwin  [author] 7 Oct, 2019 @ 6:31am
@Pitlos Tails, what is slowing you down? Too few minerals? Something else?
stephangoodwin  [author] 6 Oct, 2019 @ 12:47pm
@erik.vale if you aren't looking for added complexity, it probably isn't for you.
stephangoodwin  [author] 6 Oct, 2019 @ 12:46pm
I've coded the AI to handle it, but if you notice any weaknesses or mistakes let me know and I'll try to correct it.
Will 6 Oct, 2019 @ 6:51am
Does the AI handle this reasoanbly well? Compatible with starnet?
Jackxter 6 Oct, 2019 @ 3:56am
Been waiting for a mod like this. The economy as of this moment is way too easy, even in mods like Alphamod, because of a lack of scarcity. I'm a little concerned about how the AI will handle it, but I'm sure there are ways of upgrading it.
5ColouredWalker 6 Oct, 2019 @ 1:20am
Sounds needlessly complicated like with Alloys and Consumer Goods, but might be good for more challenge. How well does the AI handle it though?
