It looks like something to do with reflecting jockey ride damage back to the jockey for survivor bots.
It sounds like a script you have is interfering with the AllowTakeDamage callback inside the mutation.
Try disabling all other addons other than this and see if it works properly.

Tagging all the items that exist in this mutation is obviously silly.
Understand that you are doing something crazy.
If someone wants to search for models then use the tag. If they properly tagged it then it will show while this one won't.. If they didn't then well... Not my problem.
Someone looking for "Witch Mutation" is not going to search for tag:Defibrillator, Mutation, Common Infected, Tank.
It is annoying that this mutation comes up when looking for a custom Boomer model.
And, don't forget that there is a word search as well as a tag search.
Say person C uploads to the workshop with tag "mutation". This mutation includes witches.
Now say person A searches single tag "mutation". He will see the mutation no problem.
Now person B comes into play and searches "mutation" + "witch". The mutation is relevant to the search criteria but will not show because witch tag was not included.
Tag filtering is designed to only show selected tags.
I've included all relevant tags to the mutation.
You haven't downloaded and played the mutation.
You don't seem to understand how tag filtering works.
You just looked at the tags and jumped to conclusions.

I could even add more tags relevant to the mutation's contents. The ones included are most relevant.

I've been quite busy working on my other scripts including my build scripts system for the MSC.
I've returned here for awhile and new witch classes are being worked on.
One of which is just about ready. It turns out someone left the keys in the ignition and some of the witches learned to drive.

The mutation is started from your mutations list.
Is that what you meant or is something else not working?
Introducing the mine witch. She glows blue and holds a glowing orb of death. When she drops these orbs they turn into mines that will explode anytime a player gets in range of them.
I have also slightly increased the frequency that uncommon witches will spawn.
