Added new witch class - Arcane witch

Added new witch class "clown car witch".

Shoot at her or shoot at her car to do damage.

Don't let her too close or she can ambush you with swarms of clowns.

Added new witch class "Mine Witch". This witch drops glowing orb mines that will explode anytime a player gets near them. She may not seem like it but she was a pain to get working properly. I even went so far as to redownload 3d editing tools to make a new model that you can't even see because reasons. :O

Changed frequency at which the uncommon witches will spawn.

Other stuffs that I can't remember.

New witch class "Tornado witch".

This witch will suck up ammo from nearby survivors and may drop a smoker.

The original ideas behind this witch refused to work properly so I settled for a different concept.

Changed RNG spawn ratios for uncommon witches. Originally I had it in a way to balance the difficulty but this also meant you were more likely to see certain witches. Now you will see all uncommon witches equally (at least statistically).

Added new witch class - "Inferno Demon Witch".

This witch was a pain to program and debug due to her DoT abillity. I had to account for player to bot and bot to player transition situations.

Optimized some code and shut down angry witches when credits start because they like to stutter the game while attempting to pathfind to a finale vehicle teleported player.

Changed the ice witch visuals. It actually looks like ice now instead of fog. :O

Fixed an issue with middle mouse presses on players who somehow have no active weapon.

Changed some particle effects.
