This sounds like more of a feature than a bug, haha! Kinda hilarious.
Also, maybe integration with Boombats from Vanilla Animals Expanded?
There are two possible fixes: create a new Filth_Fuel copy in your own code with a new defname so that it doesn't get patched with the new class from CE, or ask CE to create a new incendiary fuel def that doesn't override anyone else who might want to lay down fuel puddles without automatically setting them on fire. I had resorted to the former, but it's starting to seem like we should be demanding the latter. =)
