Right. It's meant to be spawnable as T2 so that it's constructable without looted/purchased parts and then upgraded to T3. There is room for 4 2x2 CPU extenders if you remove the T2 extender.

Good design, but not only are there no signals or sensors configured from download, but due to all of the container extensions the available CPU isn't enough when you add in the Advanced Constructor, Furnace and Deconstructor. Also, there isn't enough Space to upgrade to T4 CPU, only T3.
