Hey Thog! I was inspired by this mod, since I used it a ton in 1.2. I've decided to write my own mod, using your code as a framework to go off of!

However, instead of just updating it to 1.3, I decided to do a mostly complete rewrite. Are you okay with me just crediting you for this, since it's now significantly different than your code?

@Dakon I can't confirm this on my end. I've used it for several hundred hours between 1.2 and 1.3, I have never encountered this issue before. This is almost certainly a mod conflict of some kind.

Can someone else confirm that this mod is bugged?

I'm not sure if it's this mod itself or an incompatibility with another mod but every time I start a new colony my starting wealth from buildings is over 200k.

I deleted every single building, floor and terrain piece with dev mode but the wealth is still there.

I removed this mod and everything worked perfectly fine, and when I enabled it again to double check my starting wealth was at over 200k again.

I am playing on 1.3

Thanks! I think this mod just needs a 1.3 tag added, as I've otherwise used it for 60+ hours with no issue on 1.3.

@Rubber Ducky: there's a patch for it in Combat Extended's Discord server. Check the Patches channel, or look up Thog's Metallurgy. Download that file, put it in your CE Directory's patches directory. [Directory]\workshop\content\294100\1631756268\Patches.

Create a folder called "Thog's Metallurgy" and throw the XML in there.

Are there plans to update this mod to 1.3, if it does not already innately work? I've enjoyed this mod a lot more than other metal mods I've seen; including Fantasy Metals and Cupro's Alloys. Both good mods, but I feel this one's the best balanced and more diverse.

Bug/typo: small batch of radamanium makes suprasteel instead

Also I found radamanium deep ore and got over 1k of it that seems too much. Maybe lower the size of the vein and the speed it is drilled?

Or I was just really lucky

@123nick Realizing that i'm a ditz and fixed the capitilzation issue, but never updated it on the workshop :steamfacepalm: The issue is fixed now though!

also, theirs one thing. at line 892 i think, theres a uncapitalized plasteel. but other than that, everything else seems fixed :)

@123nick Thanks a ton nick! I'm sorry for my slow response to fixing these issues, i've been on something of an impromptu vacation for the past two weeks. Anyways, the errors in my code which you've stated have now been fully addressed, thank you a ***TON*** for the help! I'm a very big amateur when it comes to this sort of thing, so your assistance (and patience!) has been greatly appreciated :shakinghands:

In specifc, the things that need too be fixed are:

2 cases of smallvolume instead of the proper smallVolume
3 or 4 maybe more cases of stacklimit instead of the proper stackLimit
one thing has two Mass XML nodes, for 0.01 and 0.33
one thing refers to silver instead of Silver

its a nice mod, but having these minor typos fixed is sorta essential. if anyone else is getting errors on load you can go too the XML thingdef file and fix those things and it will work.

Seems pretty cool, and well thought out! Thanks for the upload. I'll give it a try. My only small suggestion - for lore reasons - would be perhaps don't say the Radamanium is used for spacecraft hulls if it's so heavy. I would think lightweight materials would be optimal for spacecraft hulls. Maybe the denser stuff would be used for warships or glitterworld wartanks or something? Just a suggestion on lore. Either way, again I'm impressed and this all looks pretty darn good. :)

@123nick Thanks for the heads up! Should hopefully be fixed, there were a number of nasty mistakes in that. Guess that's what you get for making a mod and posting it at 4am.

Hey, i just tried this mod but i get some errors immediately on start up. i think osme of the XML Thingdefs may have some syntax errors in them or smth, ie typoes and stuff. but idk for sure.
