Find the line starting with dependencies=.
At this point come back to OPs instructions and copy-paste it from dependencies= all the way to the } under "A Game of Thrones" "Ruler Designer Unlocked!".
Go back to the mod file you now have open in Notepad.
Find dependencies=, highlight everything past but including dependencies= all the way to the }.
Paste what you copied from OPs instructions.
Save.
Enjoy Mod.

You add the quotation marks around A Game of Thrones and Ruler Designer Unlocked! because when it downloads, it does not include them because of whatever reason the upload process wants to fight me on.
(“ruler designer unlocked!” agot supplement.mod) , and (“ruler_designer_unlocked!“.mod.mod) are much more self explanatory, but simply saying "A Game of Thrones" doesn't really arrow it down, since this mod has one dependency needing quotations, with a shared name across multiple files and folders.
In theory you could add quotations to each one until it works, but that seems like a lot of work vs just asking you for clarification.
For the directions, you'll still need to go edit the "ruler designer unlocked! agot supplement.mod.mod" file that is included in my mod because the ck2 upload messed up the dependencies for whatever reason. Hope that helps.
You say to edit the file, but do you also change kadet4's mod name too? Is it just A Game of Thrones and your mod, or all three?
