It is a perpetual combat patrol mission with a specific objective for wave survival, zombies included. I leave these missions up on the workshop as a kind of road map. I do everything properly and consistently between Malden and Altis for these mods, and for whatever reason, Malden is not spawning zombie waves but Altis is.
