Last update "September 22 2014"..!
R.I.P.!!!
I have one it stopped working ?
Then, open your Windows Explorer and go to your Rome2\Data folder. In there, you'll see my mod "md_mod_xxxx".
Open it with Pack File Manager.
Go to File -> Change Pack Type -> check "Movie" and save the file.
Now close PFM.
You just need to set the file to write protected now. To do this right click on the mod file and choose "Properties". Now click on the "general" tab. Just check "read only" and click ok. That's it. The mod should work now.
Yes it is compatible with GEM.

I think you mean whether i can make a new mod for Atilla?
I don't think so. Atilla is great, but it is just a full price DLC for me. It looks like a little pimped version of Rome2 to me. So i won't buy it.
But more important: Since CA has restricted particle modding for Rome 2, i don't feel like to make a new mod for this series anymore. Sorry.
you should download additional file link on the GBJ's blood mod page.
I tried many things to separate the blood puff effects from each other. But there is some kind of restriction by the developers wich doesn't let me do this. So there is just the way to disable all blood puff effects wich has significant changes to other effects. Due to the restriction in particle modding there is just a compromise but not a decent solution. Sorry.
You can download the PFM on TWCenter Forums. Look for the modding tools section. There is a thread with a download link.
especially I prefer 1.5 to SEEM 1.6 insane ver.
because SEEM 1.5 has good compatibility with any other mods. (other effect and blood mod)
thanks a lot ! ! Mech_Donald!
That's right! I'm glad this works again! :)
To get this mod to work, you have to load it into the Pack File Manger (you can find PFM from totalwar center) and covert the file type to movie. after that set the file to write protected.
Viel Spaß mit der Mod! :)
After 2 hours of fierce looking and dozens of tests for something " more accurate " blood textures this mod has convinced me of Mech_Donald . Super !
