This mod reduce by 300 capital tax income : Egypt and Seleucid factions
Just rome and carthage mod are ok (+2000/+1000). Tested
Advice : install the 2 last single mods
Be aware Rome with +2000 is very strong
Play with GARANTEED FACTION MOD
So sad that a game like this relies on mods to be enjoyable what a wast a time and aggrevation lmao
