Hope a workaround can be found, this mod's Thin heads are vastly superior to the grotesque vanilla ones, imo
and is there any chance for there to be a cosmetic-only version of this mod where you can add prosthetic facial features/scars to your pawns, kinda like the barbers/facepainting table from vanilla expanded?

Likely you have another mod that is conflicting with another mod as upon spawning 20+ outlander/pirate raids as well as always having the mod on in my personal tests with other mods, there hasn't been any conflicts.
