Totally Healthy trees giving more feedback I can definitely understand though, and the struggle to think of a way to make it clear that diseased plants aren't hazardous has always been an issue.
These are only suggestions, and I see that you are currently working on other projects so feel free to take or ignore any suggestion I gave, either way it's still an interesting mod.
As an example I found not knowing you immunity levels fairly frustrating, perhaps add an Item like a thermometer, for 1 stick and 1 gold, in order to get a approximation of your level, while keeping exact level exclusive to wade? Perhaps the character uses it and says "My fever is fairly high", when there immunity is low. Or weaker alternatives to wades solution, while keeping the spray gun exclusive to him. Doing your own research on the plague would also be interesting but understand that might be outside the scope.
Well i mostly play diseased anyway after some time, what the point to stay healthy when you have good enough farms for booster shots and healing. XD
Since, you know, you can't really avoid birds, they spawn around player anywhere, which means player should almost constantly wear blightproof beak or have ward, in case there no spare immunity points or fish and shrooms. :')
1. Sickly shroom doesn't have textures when planted in mushroom planter. (Not sure if its intended to even plant them here, but they grow just fine, albeit without textures)
2. There a weird console spam when mod installed, "Ward Ring colourtweener onupdate call" string just prints itself constantly.

iron will locks your minimum health to 1 temporarily
pot pie raises the loyalty of creatures (that can be followers) around you
ravenous rot root will put symbols near plagued animals
