Perhaps add some fancy-pants materials in to the autodrill requirements? Late game pawns would still outperform anyhow from being above level 10.

The Basic Drill has a 1:1 ratio of -deposit : +items, so it would produce about 28 steel and remove 28 steel from the deep-resource deposit. Same efficiency (1:1) as vanilla drill but slightly less resource output.
But I am not sure if I read the description of the drills correctly.
drill cycle is the time it takes for ressources to drop.
but deposit consumption and ressource output is a bit confusing.
if I am using the Basic Drill, it works with 80% efficiency of a lvl10 miner, with no loss of deposit ressources ?
the giant drill has double the yield of lvl10 miner but I lose 33% of the ressources in the deposit while the Smart Drill creates 70% more ressources out of a deposit. Am I reading this right ?
